Do you have that kind of face that says “Tell me all your problems”? Do you often find yourself having conversations where you feel like a sounding board, not knowing what to say to help that person? This training session will refine your skills to listen, validate and respond.
This course will explore how to redirect conversation when required taking a closer look at where your responsibilities start and stop.
