Katie works in close partnership with the higher education sector to support the needs of universities, their students and their staff. She has a deep background in AI (including generative AI), data and business strategy and has worked in the government and research sectors in Australia.


Tamara Templeton, Primary School Teacher, Townsville

Tamara is dedicated to harnessing the power of technology for effective learning. She specialises in teaching robotics, Google for Education, and digital safety. Tamara has delivered Day of AI in her school for a number of years.

Professor Didar ZowghiSenior Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO's Data61

Professor Zowghi leads the Diversity and Inclusion in Artificial Intelligence team at Data 61, the data and digital specialist arm of Australia's national science agency.

Sarina Wilson, Teaching and Learning Coordinator - Emerging Technology at NSW Department of Education

Sarina designs and implements strategies to support the safe and successful use of Generative AI in NSW public schools. Sarina is an experienced high school teacher and former Head Teacher Teaching and Learning. Sarina is committed to education that helps every learner become a thoughtful and impactful global citizen.
