10:45 AM – 11:30 AM | Embodied Yoga Flow
Gina leads you through a 45-minute flow that encourages gentle movement, release, and connection to breath. Bradley’s music guides the rhythm of your practice, helping you unlock spaciousness and fluidity in both body and mind.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Sound Bath Immersion
Sink into an immersive sound healing experience with Adrienne Bawa. Through a full hour of vibrational therapy, you’ll find deep rest, emotional clarity, and a reconnection to your inner rhythm — all under the healing resonance of the sound bath.

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM | Pause & Reflect
