Event description
This year we at Bambuddha Group are very proud to host the first-ever Amplify Project. In collaboration with many partners, 14 lucky recipients will have the opportunity to go through a 1-month program to deep dive into their purpose as leaders and then work to build an authentic keynote to amplify their message and voice, performed live over two consecutive evenings.
DAY 1 & 2-
EVOLVE - THE DNA OF PURPOSE
WHERE: Wesley Conference Centre, Pitt Street Sydney 9 AM-5 PM
WHEN: Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October
There are so many amazing things happening as a result of human purpose, yet in the face of a global pandemic, we are all aware that all over the world, there is so much more we can do to ignite human progress.
In this age of rapid transformation, we have amplified the power we all have to create the future we want to step into as individuals, organisations, and a global community. We all have the power to own our voices and take our ideas into world-changing influence. However, to leverage that opportunity, we must embrace the mindset of intelligent optimism alongside the decision to pioneer a future we desire. DNA Of Purpose is a process that draws on scientific thinking to provide a framework for an individual to align more deeply with a sense of purpose.
Key Outcomes:
- Unlock your past. Identify the tools, the time and the talents that make your purpose a unique blueprint of who you are.
- Unlock purpose in the present moment. Explore empathy, passion and action. In addition to that, Identify the roadblocks to your highest potential.
- Crystalise the vision you have for a better future and make the decision today to create it.
DAY 3- AMPLIFY- ON PURPOSE INFLUENCE

Let’s face it, regardless of how you feel about some of the world’s largest question marks right now – global pandemics, artificial intelligence, climate change, social change – reactions that come from fear are rarely ever the solution. However, in a world where all the old rules have been turned upside down and where the future appears more unpredictable than ever, there is an unparalleled opportunity for organisations and leaders to stand up and own their space as influencers to provide real, lasting value.
So what does that look like? In this presentation, Rebecca and Aimee translate the intersection between purpose and igniting positive influence in the world. After all, there has there been a more significant time for one voice to become the voice of many. So with that in mind, how do we hack our attention to ignite positive influence? How do we purposefully take action to build hope, to help or to heal? Can we learn a new language of influence - where we can connect, persuade and engage online, onstage and in life to amplify our purpose?

DAY 4 - IMPACT PRODUCTION

Now we have done the deep dive, and we have clarity around what we want to amplify, the next part of the program will get you stage ready to prepare you to deliver a polished and well-delivered keynote.
We only get one chance to make a lasting impression! Knowing who we really are, how we want to be seen in this world, what is our message and wh our audience is, gives us confidence and a chance to leave our mark on any occasion.

DAY 5/6 - AMPLIFY LIVE
WHERE: Wesley Conference Centre, Pitt Street Sydney 5 PM-9 PM
WHEN: Saturday 20th November
This is your opportunity to invite as many of your friends, family and colleagues to hear you speak; this will also be recorded for you to keep to continue to amplify your impact.
We will charge a small fee on the day, donated to a charity supporting reduced inequalities.
Your Facilitators
Rebecca is the CEO of Future Crunch who are a group of scientists, artists, technologists and entrepreneurs who think there are new and better ways of doing things in the 21st century. Our mission is to foster intelligent, optimistic thinking about the future, and to empower people to contribute to it.
She is also the host of the DNA Of Purpose podcast and a business consultant specialising in purpose-driven influence. From CEO’s to activists, authors and everything in between she explores the frontiers of technology, science, the political economy, design and art to gather the information we need to create a more beautiful, hopeful and purpose-driven world.
As a change-maker, Rebecca is on the board of directors for Hark Angel, a charity with a mission is to work with impoverished communities to build 100 schools around the world. She is also on the board of social enterprise Project Gen Z and has over the last decade raised more than $150,000 for charity in business and in hosting fundraising events and campaigns.
Amie is an international TV / Radio Presenter, Public speaker, Digital Storyteller and Media Coach. She has over 20 years of experience in the Media industry and is currently Co-owner of Bondi Radio and Founder of Soapbox Studios.
With a background in all areas of Media, from Film, TV, current affairs, marketing/promotion, Fashion and beauty. Amie has a deep understanding of the industry. With experience in front of the camera as a Breakfast show host in the UK and behind the camera as a Casting Producer at Warner Brothers, she has the right knowledge to make you shine like a star and produce effective video / digital content. As an experienced Media coach and Harvard communication graduate, she connects you on a deeper level of understanding of who you really are and gain clarity around your message, so when you step onto the camera or deliver a presentation, you have the confidence to be your true authentic self.
Mariane Power
Mariane, known affectionately as Mazz, is a Clinical Psychology Registrar and holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Performance.
Mariane’s big audacious goal is to see all unnecessary emotional pain and suffering eliminated within her lifetime, and she is obsessed with all things related to human potential. Mariane has over 15 years experience in consulting, facilitation and corporate training for personal and strategic growth. Her work as a Leadership Consultant in the corporate world and Psychologist in her Child and Adolescent Clinic further fuels her understanding of the necessary skills for 21st-century success for the NextGen.
Mariane is proud to have extended her personal purpose to support a number of not-for-profit and for-purpose initiatives including The Luminosity Summit, Project Gen Z and Ambisie. Her most recent pro-bono contribution involved designing and delivering the Coach 2020 program for Bambuddha Group, a leadership development organisation fostering kind leaders for a better world. In her spare time, you’ll find Mazz holding a spontaneous dance party in her kitchen and taking in all the coast has to offer with her family here in Port Macquarie.
Anna Sheppard
Anna Sheppard is an inspirational keynote speaker, a leading expert in Corporate Social Responsibility and the founder and CEO of Bambuddha Group. Bambuddha is a network for dedicated learners who want to make an exceptional impact through leadership in business. Throughout her career, Anna has raised millions in funds for charities via mutual partnerships created to reduce inequalities. She is an old hand when it comes to showing the big fish how to give back, and do well whilst doing so.
