Join us for another fun collaborative offering where we will guide you through a few different techniques to increase balance and creativity in your life. We will also tap into the power of the Spring Equinox to awaken our innate ability to bring new energy and life into what isn't working and activate strategies and awarenesses that will help support your ability to effectively return to your most balanced state whenever needed.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in and then Dawn will guide us through a gentle movement practice after which Leah will transition into a guided chakra focus, then sound healing and clearing and closing with a special Spring Equinox ceremony.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own if you prefer.

Leah will lead you through a guided meditation focused on the navel chakra and accessing your most balanced, creative energy. She will also incorporate sound healing with sacred Shamanic rattles and will close with a special ceremony to honor the Spring Equinox and the seasonal transition.

Dawn will guide you into your body with a gentle movement practice inviting you to rest on the energetic current of your body. Found in the space of balance between tension and relaxation, it is in this space you may find you have the greatest capacity for energetic exchange, transformation and renewal.
