The Art Of Being Human is a 9 week Self Discovery course designed to give insight, knowledge and tools to assist in making a deeper, more meaningful connection with life

In a safe and supportive environment, using creative tools to access our inner resources, we are able to foster feelings of self-love and self-value Throughout this series of classes, we can connect with the miracle of what we are, using Self-reflective writing art, clay, creative visualisation, body connection, ritual, symbols, and images.
