The Art Of Connection: Creative Sessions

Think of each creative session as a big play date! You don’t have to be an artist to create. I’m here to guide you to a place of inspiration; we’ll be focussing on a theme each event, bouncing off each other and there will be music playing. With the added assistance of our plant allies, you’re sure to feel something. And feeling is the fuel!

~ A guided space for movement to get the inspiration flowing

The Art Of Connection is a non-alcoholic, intentional event and safe space that incorporates a variety of techniques that you can carry with you not only on the day but through life. So let’s be present, break through limiting beliefs, strengthen the bonds of community and allow our creativity to guide us.
