The Art of Feeling Alive
Description
The Art of Feeling Alive
Summer Seasonal Explorations
Three Friday mornings of movement, breath, sensation and discovery at The Living Grove.
What happens when we give ourselves time to feel?
To move without needing to get anywhere. To breathe, listen to the body, explore sensation and discover what makes us feel alive.
Across three summer mornings, we'll weave together somatic movement, embodied meditation, breathwork, sound, nervous system awareness and sensory exploration.
Some moments may be quiet and reflective. Others might be playful, expressive, surprising or wonderfully energising.
We'll explore movement and stillness, intensity and softness, regulation and expression — discovering our own rhythms, responses and possibilities.
There's no choreography to learn, no particular way to move and no previous experience necessary.
Come for one morning or join all three.
Each gathering is a complete experience in itself, while the three mornings together offer space for curiosity and exploration to deepen.
