Meditation Classes will be presented by Chinmaya Mission devotee Christine Grimmer, student of world renowned and Enlightened Vedanta Master H.H. Swami Chinmayananda and practitioner of 40 years.

The Fine Art of Meditation

Meditation is practiced to primarily help with once mental and physical well-being and leading to discovering once true spirituality. The benefits in attending these sessions will include stress reduction, improved focus, better emotional regulation, and deeper self-awareness. It can also lead to increased happiness, improved relationships, and a more positive outlook on life.
