Event description

Join us for a unique half-day immersion into the heart of touch, movement, and connection through the lens of Zenthai Shiatsu and Contact Improvisation.

This experiential workshop introduces the 7 foundational threads of Zenthai bodywork—principles that invite deep listening, intuitive connection, and healing presence—through the playful and embodied language of Contact Improvisation.

Whether you're completely new to massage and bodywork, a couple or friend duo wanting to learn how to give touch that feels good and nourishing, or a seasoned therapist looking to deepen your practice, this day offers a rich and supportive space to grow.

You’ll learn to give and receive touch that honours both bodies, to move with intelligence and intuition, and to cultivate effortless presence in your hands.

Together, we will: Explore principles like “Less is More,” “No Force,” and “The Perfect Fit” through somatic movement and partnered exercises.

Build confidence and sensitivity in your capacity to offer safe, grounded, nourishing touch.

Discover how therapeutic movement can be both playful and profound.

Learn body-to-body communication that transcends words and builds trust.

Open to individuals, partners, and friends of all backgrounds—no experience necessary. Come with curiosity and a willingness to listen with your whole body.

Hosted by Ohn Pi & Amanda GreenwoodOhn is a practicing Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist, Instinctive Movement Coach & Contact Improvisation dancer, his practices bridge spaces of the physical and ritual.
