This 2-hour journey invites you to soften your edges, reconnect with your body, and gently surrender to what you can't control.
Through the powerful synergy of breathwork and gentle yoga, we’ll create space to feel and move intentionally together.
Whether you want to experience the power of surrender, you're feeling overwhelmed, or simply curious to try yoga or breathwork, this event is an invitation to trust the wisdom of your body and remember: not every battle needs to be fought.
✨ What to expect:
Over 2 hours, we’ll unfold gently, weaving together breath, movement and presence:
• A grounding opening meditation to arrive in the space and your body
• A sequence of gentle Hatha yoga postures to create openness and ease in the body
• Guided functional breathwork to activate and balance the nervous system and deepen relaxation
• A closing tea ceremony and sharing circle

• Regulate your nervous system
• Release mental and physical tension
• Explore emotional blockages through movement and breath
• Cultivate inner stillness and clarity
• Deepen your connection to your intuition

Eleonore
Eleonore trained in breathwork with Australia's leader Johannes Egberts and Breathless Expeditions. After starting her career in cultural marketing, an emotional shock led her to reconnect with what had always called her: healing.
Trauma-informed, her sessions combine breath control exercises and connected conscious breathing. With her empathy and willingness to help each of us develop our full potential, Eleonore creates a safe space during her sessions and guides us on the path to emotional release and nervous system balance. We find presence, insight and relaxation.
Shannon
Shannon is a yoga teacher, podcast host, and guide for life transitions.
After years spent in a fast-paced corporate world, she chose to step away from the noise to reconnect with herself, and now helps others do the same.
Her teaching blends somatic awareness, breath, and intuitive movement to create a space where every part of you is welcome.
Shannon’s classes are soft yet deep, grounded in the present moment, and invite you to slow down, tune in, and let your body speak.
