The Art of Letting Go - Women’s Circle
Event description
The Art of Letting Go — Women’s Circle
A 3-Hour Guided Experience of Release, Renewal, and Reconnection
There’s a quiet power in releasing what no longer serves us - the patterns, stories, and emotions that keep us tethered to the past.
The Art of Letting Go is a soul-nourishing women’s circle where you’re invited to release what no longer serves, loosen the tight hold of the past, and open yourself to the beauty of new beginnings.
Over 3 gentle yet powerful hours, you’ll be guided through grounding rituals, heart-opening conversations, and embodiment practices that invite release - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is a safe, sacred space where you’ll be held without judgement, surrounded by women walking their own journey of letting go.
In this 3-hour gathering, you’ll be guided through a restorative and empowering journey that helps you:
feel lighter and more spacious within yourself
gain clarity on what’s ready to be released
create room for new possibilities to unfold
What's included:
A heart-opening cacao ceremony to ground and connect
Embodiment + breath practices for release
Space for reflection, sharing, and deep rest
Snacks and tea to nourish you
It’s not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about freeing yourself.
Letting go isn’t always about big dramatic change. Sometimes it’s the small, gentle moments that shift everything.
This circle will give you time away from the busyness of life to reconnect with yourself, a safe and supportive environment to explore what you’re ready to leave behind and a renewed sense of clarity, presence, and peace.
You don’t need any prior experience with women’s circles - just come as you are.
Please note:
As this event includes Breathwork, we kindly ask that all participants refrain from eating any large meals 3-4 hours before the session. A light breakfast is perfectly fine to ensure you don’t get hungry, but for the fullest benefits of the practice, arriving in a fasted state is recommended.
For your safety, please note that Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions unless cleared by a medical professional:
Heart issues: uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, arrhythmias, aneurysms
Lung conditions: severe asthma, COPD, recent respiratory infections
Neurological disorders: epilepsy, history of stroke, or brain injury
Pregnancy: especially in later stages
Recent surgery/injuries: particularly abdominal or thoracic
Other conditions: glaucoma, detached retina
If any of these apply to you, I kindly ask that you let me know prior to the session so I can guide you through a different, more gentle breathing technique that is safe and supportive.
Your well-being is my top priority, and I want this to be a safe, inclusive, and nourishing experience for everyone. If you are unsure whether Breathwork is suitable for you, please consult with your doctor before attending.
I look forward to holding space for you and sharing this transformative journey together.
With Love,
Kate
