Travel instructions
The listed event address is the location of the festival's drive-thru check-in. You'll receive a parking pass at check-in and be directed where to park and catch the shuttle to the festival grounds. For most people this will be Owen Middle School, 730 Old US Highway 70, Swannanoa, NC. Parking costs $10/day. It's recommended that you pre-order a parking pass; once onsite, you can pay for parking in cash only.
Entry instructions
Take the shuttle from event parking to the Eden Hall shuttle stop. Signage and an Art of Mass Gatherings point person will be waiting for you at the drop-off location to direct you to our event location.
Hazards
The festival site has a variety of landscapes and terrains. Use of golf carts, assistance, and other accommodations are available and LEAF can pair you with an ambassador for your first time on site. Please make any requests in the registration form or by contacting Steph via the information listed above.
Toilet location
Facilities include wheelchair-accessible toilets at a few locations onsite including near our event activities. A site map with locations will be provided upon arrival to the grounds.
Accessible parking
You may request an accessible parking spot at drive-thru check-in. From the accessible parking area, we can also coordinate a golf cart to the event location if needed. To streamline coordination, please note these requests in the registration form where it asks about accommodations, or let us know by email or phone! If you'd like to use this option, ensure your accessible parking permit is visible to festival staff when you arrive to Drive-Thru Check-In. If you don't have a permit but would like to request accessible parking, please note this in the registration form or contact us.
