Have you ever wondered if you lack skills in the bedroom? - understandably because most of us have never had any education and if we did it was poor to say the least.
When we make a decision to learn about sex, we expand our skills, awareness, pleasure possibilities and connection with ourselves and Lovers.

Even if we are confident in our sexuality often we still have our standard moves, we have our habits, wouldn’t it be great if there was a safe way to learn, explore and grow, and here we have it.

There is no nudity in this workshop, you will learn:

• Presencing techniques
• Different kinds of touch
• Strokes for stoking the fire, calming and maintaining and hot, Hot, HOT!
• Best positions and atmosphere
• Anatomy and structure
• How to build arousal with curiousity and connection
• Creating space for sacred meditation
• Savouring pleasure because you can
• Opening up to bliss and heightened erotic states

This workshop is for

This workshop is designed to give you theory of anatomy, arousal, techniques and practice, on a prepared piece and possibly genitals. Anyone wanting to know more about their own penis or someone else’s.

Those wanting to:

• Increase communication skills with partners in relation to sex
• deepening sexual connection with self and others
• learn ways to access diverse and new forms of touch
• and a stronger ability to articulate desires and boundaries.

This workshop is not for

Those wanting a lecture style workshop – there will be information and then practices complementing the learning.

Sharing in the workshop

You will be invited to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable in the moment.

Partnered Activities

Some of the activities are partnered for learning and practicing purposes, you may participate to your level of comfortability in the moment.

If you have a partner and you would like to work in the activities together, wonderful.

If you don't have a partner you will have the opportunity to partner with someone from the group.

You will negotiate and communicate with your partner, your participation levels, which can change and you are in total sovereignty of your being and body. 

What to bring

Bring your curiosity, sarong, water bottle, pen and paper, easy to move in clothing and take on and off as the heating/ cooling of the room and your body needs.
