The Art of Self Care: A Carer's Week celebration
Description
Join us for a relaxing and creative morning as we celebrate National Carers Week and recognise the invaluable role carers play in our community.
The Art of Self Care is an opportunity for carers to take some time for themselves, connect with others who understand the caregiving journey, and enjoy a morning focused on wellbeing, creativity, and connection.
