Petronella is a special guest of the Sisters in Crime, NSW Sunday Soiree series: Crime: why write it, why read it?  Your hosts - criminal defence lawyer and author, Siobhan, and psychologist and author, Ann - are very excited to explore with Petronella what inspired her to write The Liars, why she chose to set it small town community of Kinton Bay, why and how she crafted the wonderfully effective characters and plot that draw the reader in so thoroughly. 

THE LIARS: A wife burning with resentment. A husband hiding the past. Their teenage daughter crusading for the truth. Who can we trust?
