The Backbench Branch Dialogue

Want to ask Labor backbenchers what they made of the State and Federal ALP Conferences? Want to share your experiences at Conference or learn more about the process?

Join us for an online conversation in our second Backbench Branch Dialogue on Thursday 6 August at 6:45pm.

Co-hosted by the Hon. Sarah Kaine MLC, the Hon. Mark Buttigieg MLC and the Hon. Stephen Lawrence MLC, this session will unpack both the State and Federal Labor conferences – the motions, the speakers, and the Member’s own particular areas of interest – including reflections on the difference between regional and urban branches.

This is a chance for you as a Labor Party member to engage directly with the Labor backbench and ask any questions you may have.
