We’re bringing together some of our favourite practices for a lovely morning by the sea, and we’d love for you to join us!

Yoga, Qi Gong and Breathwork, with an optional sea dip to finish.

A chance to get outside, move your body, slow down and connect with yourself and others.

Bring: A yoga mat, warm layers, water and your togs and towel if you’re joining the sea dip!
