We would love to welcome You and all of your feelings into an extra-ordinary vessel to explore your journey into menopause.
This profoundly heart opening descent into the unknown…
At times it might feel chaotic, scary, exhausting, sad, lonely, angry, confusing, uncertain and disorientating…
Eventually, along the path there will be a slow ascent into The Becoming, where more of your authentic nature claims her place inside your essence, where all that you’ve been and are becoming is welcome and owned.

The shifting and changing of the hormones when approaching menopause initiates a deep longing in the psyche.
It might feel like every aspect of your life needs to be re-evaluated, deeply felt, released, held and attended to in new ways.

We live in a linear society where women are trying to fit their cyclical nature into the constraints of this linear, doing, achieving orientated mindset. Living in this way actually harms the physiology and psyche of women.

Menopause is an invitation to awaken and unshackle from those constraints and organically shed the worn-out roles we have lived by.
Allowing space for the death of what has been and taking time to honour this Rites of Passage that is The Becoming.

Over the 2 days we will offer you a grounded landing place for the uncertainty and challenges that might arise as you enter the journey into menopause.
This container is here to support you to recognize the inherent power in this transition and to elevate it into the powerful Rite of Passage that it actually is.

We’re offering a heart opening space to explore the edges of the unknown, unspoken, hidden, subconscious terrains of your inner landscape.
We’re interested in exploring the exiled parts, the ones that don’t feel they belong, the ones that don’t feel like they’re allowed, the ones that are challenging the status quo.

In ‘THE BECOMING’ you’ll get to dive deep and land softly within yourself.
You will be supported to meet and explore the unspoken parts that are arising; feeling and sensing through speaking, sounding, singing, moving, creating and eventually owning this exiled parts.

When we witness the unraveling of another woman’s journey with the understanding of how it uniquely feels to step into The Becoming, we gift ourselves permission to fully own our experience and to normalize it.
From the personal we expand into the experience of the group body, meeting the collective dimension of this rite of passage.

We’re meeting for 2 days

Saturday 10am - 8pm

Sunday 11-5ish

Our venue is the Wildernest in the Koonyum Range amidst deep Bush, just 10 mins west of Mullumbimby.

We’ll offer a nourishing vegetarian morning tea and a warm soup and quinoa Saturday night.
