Introducing...

~RECONSTITUTE~

A National Call to Return to the God of the Bible

“WE GOT NOW” — A Movement of Love, Order, and Biblical Rights

At this pivotal moment in history, we are called to return—back to the original foundation of truth, justice, love, and divine order established by the God of the Bible.

Through the vision of Reconstitute: We are doing a re-launch of a national awakening (that's been here since the beginning) and organizing effort known as:

RECONSTITUTE:

Just God. No Brands. No Labels.

The Biblical Rights Commission

The WE GOT NOW Movement

This is not a trend.
This is not a denomination.
This is not a political platform.

This is a return.

OUR DECLARATION

We declare that:

  • The God of the Bible is our guidepost and blueprint

  • Biblical truth stands above all man-made systems that contradict it

  • Love is the highest expression of God’s law

  • Humanity flourishes when we walk in God’s order, righteousness, and justice

We therefore commit to restore a culture, a community, and a commission rooted in biblical principles—with no compromise.

THE OATH OF LOVE

Membership in this movement is not purchased—it is entered into through commitment.

Every member joins by taking The Oath of Love—a covenant to:

  • Love God fully

  • Love others as oneself

  • Walk in truth, integrity, and accountability

  • Uphold biblical values in public and private life

  • Reject hatred, division, and corruption

  • Advance justice, mercy, and righteousness in every sphere of influence

To ensure order, accountability, and national impact, the movement is structured as follows:

National Leadership

7 National Commissioners
Providing spiritual oversight, strategic direction, and national coordination

State Leadership

50 State Biblical Rights Commissioners
One appointed leader in each state responsible for:

  • Organizing and mobilizing membership

  • Ensuring adherence to biblical standards

  • Leading state-level initiatives

  • Building local county and city networks

Membership Goal

10,000 Members per State (Year One)
→ Total National Goal: 500,000 Commissioned Members

Each member is a Commissioned Person—called, accountable, and active.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

We stand for a reconstitution of society grounded in:

  • Biblical truth

  • Moral clarity

  • Personal responsibility

  • Family and community restoration

  • Economic and creative empowerment

  • Justice aligned with God’s righteousness

We affirm that no constitutional law, cultural trend, or social doctrine should override or contradict the Word of God.

WHAT WE REJECT

We reject:

  • Compromise with unrighteousness

  • Systems that divide and dehumanize

  • Identity labels that replace divine identity

  • Brand-based loyalties over Kingdom truth

  • Doctrines that distort or add to God’s Word

Only God. Only Truth. Only Love.

THE WE GOT NOW MANDATE

The WE GOT NOW movement declares:

This is our time to act.
We are not waiting for permission.
We are not waiting for change.

We are the change—guided by God.

Through this mandate, every Commissioner and every Member commits to:

  • Lead in their homes, communities, and professions

  • Model biblical values in action

  • Build and support initiatives that reflect God’s order

  • Advance unity across race, class, and background under God

2.      Become a Chief National Commissioner

3.      Become a State Commissioner

4.      Become a Regional Commissioner

5.      Become an Inaugural Member

6.      Become a Volunteer

Here's Where God-Ordained Purposes are Achieved!

NOBODY OWNS ANYBODY... GOD OWNS EVERYBODY... NOBODY OWNS GOD...

CIVIL RIGHTS ARE OFTEN TIMES BIBLICAL WRONGS... WE MUST KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'LEGAL AND UNGODLY" ... WE CHOOSE TO BE GODLY.

This mission is about GOD first and supreme.... Become a Biblical Rights Commissioner or Commissioned Member... TODAY! [BRC-Today]

“If We Lived According to Biblical Laws and Rights, there Would be Little or No Need for Civil Rights or Amendments: Commandments from God’s Constitution Would Suffice. The Bible is Right and the Law of the Lord is Perfect.”

Modeled after The Great Commission... We are going into our nation to share/teach the uncompromising Gospel. Just God: No Brands... No Labels. This is made simple when we put no other God before God. Political Parties and Denominational Religions can oftentimes be the first and foremost brands and labels that interrupt and rob of our God-ordained destinies

Whoever is determined to be fully persuaded that this is what brings God's people back to Him. Welcome aboard. Let's above any and everyone else.... 'Make God Happy.' Your support takes us far.

It has been stated that the first law of human nature is self-preservation. But it is more important that we know the first law of the Kingdom of God is...

Seek ye first, the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and All these Things Shall be added Unto You. Matthew 6:33.

We all know the verse, but are we practioners of the directive?

Background: The Commission's History...

Rev. Dr. Stephon Ferguson (on the left) is the only licensed person by the King Family to do the speeches of Rev. Dr. King. Rev. Arthur L. Hunt, Jr., is the Publisher of the first and only Bible honoring the genesis of King's Calling.

The Bible was dedicated on the 50th Anniversary of Rev. King’s final prophecy and ultimate assassination (1968—2018) on April 3-4, 2018, at the MLK Memorial in DC on the National Mall. Hosted in part by DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, a delegation of dignitaries honored the work of Rev. Dr. King as to the genesis of his calling as a Biblical Rights Leader. It was preceded with the Oath of Love as cited below in the formation of the Nation's first Biblical Rights Commission.

THE OATH OF LOVE

‘WE GOT NOW’

The Biblical Rights Commission | April 3-4, 2018

MLK MEMORIAL, Washington, D.C.

The New Mountaintop and Spiritual Pulpit of “The Promised Land”

This oath of love when taken and put into action, answers Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s question posed over 50 years ago in many moments of his ministry and in his book with the same title; “Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?”  The Answer: “WE GOT NOW."

Rev. King was killed by gun violence.  His granddaughter, Yolanda Renee King, just nine years said at the March for Our Lives rally on March 24, 2018, that she too has a dream- “Enough is Enough.”

Lector Premise

Wherefore:  At the MLK Memorial during the 50th Commemoration on April 3-4, and at churches across the nation and the world in the year 2018 of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and in the years to come, we agree.

To all, Welcome

WE GOT NOW

Now for over 40 years the nation has celebrated the Federal Holiday which gives honor to the work, labor, and sacrifice of a spiritual leader who gave his life for the sake of advancing the Kingdom of God. We are 58 years beyond the Final Prophecy and Assassination of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and have full proof of how God used him as a Prophet, Pastor, Preacher and Keeper of the Faith.

Revelation 14:13 King James Version (KJV)

13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

WE GOT NOW

On October 16, 2011, the United States dedicated a National Monument in honor of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  It is the only Monument on the National Mall that gives honor to a Prophet, Pastor and Preacher.

WE GOT NOW

Today amid storms of politics, cultures, and many divides in our nation: the nation needs to see and feel the movement of God from this “New Court”—the residence of the MLK Monument.

WE GOT NOW

The MLK Monument is a motivation of continuance, perseverance, sacrifice, humility, forgiveness, unity, and agape love for all mankind. We will reverence this Monument as a Spiritual Pulpit to gather and both point and

lead people to the God of the bible as the only true and living God who through his Son Jesus Christ redeems mankind from our sins.

Lector Premise

WE GOT NOW underscores the reality that the MLK Memorial is the “New Court” on the National Mall. The residence of one who holds a position of dignity and honor based on God using him to impact the nations to more greatly understand how God loves and how God is Love.

Lector Leads Assembly: WE GOT NOW

Decree with me—affirm the spiritual purpose. Declare on October 16, 2011, the United States dedicated a national monument in honor of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., as the country’s foremost champion of biblical rights, values and demonstration—it would be the only monument that recognizes a spiritual leader who gave his life for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Lector

Join me in affirming the spiritual purpose of the MLK Memorial. A modern-day expression of a Biblical Rights Leader.

Assembly: WE GOT NOW

  • Presence of MLK is a constant reminder to continue praying forward St. John 17, as Jesus prayed, for unity among the Body of Christ and society— “No longer will mankind characterize one another by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” We add, the adherence to biblical values and laws.

 Lector: WE GOT NOW

St. John 17:21, 22, 23 (Amplified Version and read in unison)

That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me. 22 I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one [even] as We are one: 23 I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely] recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them [even] as You have loved Me.

Assembly— I accept the commission to keep the Spirit of unity in the bond of peace as a biblical rights leader.

Rev. Arthur L. Hunt, Jr., We’ve Got Now Commissioner 1989—Current

Whereas: The Original Signing April 4, 2018— Updated: January 19, 2026 (First year of the next 40 years of the MLK Federal Holiday): Today, February 21, 2026, we honor Rev. Dr. E.V. Hill who was the first MLK Holiday Keynote Speaker from Memphis, Tennessee on the actual Birthday of Rev. Dr. King, notating the place that Rev. King gave his final prophecy and ultimate sacrifice, April 3-4, 1968. Rev. Hill inducted Rev. Arthur L. Hunt, Jr., into the first 40 years of how to give honor to the prophet and to whom honor is due.

I hereby commit to being united and to uphold the oath as said.  I humbly commit to be a Representative of love and a keeper of the faith of the Biblical Rights Commission.
