Join us on World Mental Health Day as we come together to raise awareness about men's mental health, recovery, and the importance of community connections.

Enjoy a FREE BBQ breakfast & barista coffee, and be inspired by:

  • Motivational speakers sharing stories on mental health, recovery and connection

  • Stalls from local community groups

  • Live entertainment by Lachy Hurrel, 2024 winner of the Art of the Minds, Surfcoast Song Contest

Art of the Minds, a non-profit based on the Surf Coast, aims to activate, educate, and engage the local community in creatively managing mental health and wellbeing. Throughout National Mental Health Week and the month of October, we are focused on reducing stigma and normalising the experience of mental illness across all ages and demographics.

This FREE event is an opportunity to connect, support one another, and help create a stronger, more resilient community.
