Event description

Join me and a small group of likeminded women for a nourishing Winter Re-treat surrounded by nature. Spend the morning offline, escape life's demands and digital distractions, begin to slow down and enjoy the healing benefits of nature and connection.

What to expect:

9-9:30am -Welcome and introductions

~9:30am-11:30pm-I will be leading the group through the forest where you will learn about Rongoa Maori, the beautiful traditional Maori healing system that encompasses native plant based remedies (rongoa rakau), physical therapies and spiritual healing. Together we will experience the peacefulness of the forest as we walk, listen and learn.

You will need moderate-good fitness and mobility for this walk

11:30-12:30pm- Back at the Lodge warm up by the fire grab a hot drink and healthy sweet treat (provided) then relax with a good book, play cards, chat with new friends or do a seasonal reflection.

12:30- Feeling rejuvenated you could say your goodbyes OR pack your own lunch and stay a little longer.

1pm- Haere ra, see ya, ciao x

🧥Waterproof rain jacket

🎨📚 Your book or journal (optional)
