The Big Deliberative Debrief
Event description
Have you just completed or currently doing deliberative engagement to inform your strategic plans? What approach did you take? What went well and what challenges did you have?
Come along to this informative and interactive session to share your experiences, learn from others and hear from experts.
As a sector we will be exploring how to get the most out of this mandatory process and how we can work together to improve our deliberative engagement into the future.
Why attend?
Most Victorian Councils have now completed a deliberative engagement process to inform their new strategic plans. This process was undertaken in a range of ways, with different methods and approaches and with different levels of success and challenges.
This session provides an opportunity for Councils to come together and debrief their deliberative engagement processes – the good, the bad and the ugly!
Imagine how much we can learn from each other!
Come along on the day to also:
· Hear from a panel of deliberative engagement experts
· Learn new ways and methods to do deliberative engagement
