Shrek (2001) follows a grumpy (dare we say iconic) ogre named Shrek, who just wants to live peacefully in his swamp. When a group of fairy tale creatures are banished to his home by Lord Farquaad, Shrek agrees to rescue Princess Fiona from a dragon-guarded tower to get his swamp back. It’s a hilarious and heartwarming twist on traditional fairy tales, full of sass, adventure, and unforgettable characters.
