Delve into the key concepts and practical tools you need to conduct a comprehensive situational analysis for your business and its broader ecosystem. Gain clarity on your business's direction by understanding your core purpose, and learn how to set strategic goals and objectives that guide your path to success.

In this interactive workshop, you will:

• Set SMART Goals: Learn to create clear, actionable, and measurable goals that will help transform your business idea into a tangible reality.
• Conduct a Comprehensive Situational Analysis: Use proven frameworks like SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal) to evaluate your internal capabilities and external environment. This will give you a holistic view of the current state of your business and its position within the industry.
• Define Your Core Purpose: Clarify the 'why' behind your business. Understanding your purpose will serve as a foundation for all strategic decisions and help you connect more deeply with your customers and stakeholders.
• Formulate an Effective Strategic Plan: Leverage insights from your analysis to develop a strategic plan that optimizes your strengths and opportunities while minimizing risks from external threats. Learn how to align your strategies with your goals and build a roadmap for sustainable growth.

This workshop is part of a series, attend 1 or attend all. The workshops are held regularly on Saturday mornings, in person, at our King St office or you can join us virtually through the online classroom. Covering topics relevant to owning and operating a small business, these group sessions will enarmour you with additional knowledge that can be applied to your business. This is also an opportunity to network with others, on the same journey as you.
