Melt away tension held in the body

This particular BIG Relax delves into the muscular layers of the body to release any tension and holding, to increase blood flow, circulation and increase organ function. A wonderfully gentle practice that offers opening, release, unwinding and space to invite balance and harmony.

In this class Jackie blends gentle yoga, Hanna Somatics and fluid movement to open, engage and release tension, restorative poses to nourish the nervous system and relaxation to invite rejuvenation and healing from this peaceful, restful state.

What do I need?

* A place to lie down, kneel and stand, either on a yoga or exercise mat or suitable floor ideally where you will not be disturbed

* A phone or laptop to login and listen or watch.

* The link to Zoom (You will receive when you login).

* A couple of blankets, towels, a belt, a thick book or block, bolster or cushions would also be great.

I'm new to Zoom, what do I do?

Once you register you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to set up and login, tips and instructions on how to navigate this online portal. It's quite simple, just give yourself a little time before class to familiarise yourself.
