The Big Relax - Hamstrings, Hips & Lower Back

Lovingly crafted for those seeking to move their body in a gentle way, to release tension and to relax the nervous system.
This deeply nurturing 2 hour class incorporates Slow Gentle Yoga poses, Hanna Somatics, Breath Awareness, Fluid Movement and Restorative poses to unravel stress and cultivate healing.
Grounding your foundation from the feet up
Honing in on the feet, legs, hips, SIJ and lower back area, we will hydrate, lengthen and engage the muscles, joints and tissue to wake up and aliven the cells and bring circulation more fully into the body.
Through intentionally slow, gentle postures and restorative poses you will be nourishing your body, inviting in flexibility and resetting your foundation for support through the lower body and pelvis.
This class is both relaxing, engaging and uplifting, moving from a place of ease and effortlessness and incorporates restorative and fluid poses.
It will be very much self-paced and can be adapted to support injuries or conditions you may be navigating.

Due to CV safety requirements we ask that you bring your own yoga mat (if possible), 1 or two blankets and a belt. If you have a bolster or cushion that would be a bonus.
