The Big Relax - Upper Body Release
Event description
Lovingly crafted for those seeking to move their body in a gentle way, to release tension and to relax the nervous system.
This deeply nurturing 2 hour class incorporates Slow Gentle Yoga poses, Hanna Somatics, Breath Awareness, Fluid Movement and Restorative poses to unravel stress and cultivate healing.
This particular class will focus specifically on increasing your range of movement through the upper back, chest, neck and particularly around the shoulders. We will also lubricate and hydrate the joints and bones and attachment point of the upper psoas.
This class is both relaxing, engaging and uplifting, moving from a place of ease and effortlessness and incorporates restorative and fluid poses.
It will be very much self-paced and can be adapted to support injuries or conditions you may be navigating.

Due to CV safety requirements we ask that you bring your own yoga mat (if possible), 1 or two blankets and a belt. If you have a bolster or cushion that would be a bonus.
