The Big Toy Swap

Looking for a fun and sustainable way to update your child’s toy box? Join us for a toy swap at Fed Square.

• Bring up to six gently-used toys, games or books that your child no longer plays with.

• Swap them for new-to-you toys.

• Teach your children the value of second-hand and consuming less.

• 10:30am – Registration and toy drop-off opens

• 11:00am – Nature Guardians (Session 1)

• 11:30am – Toy choosing time

Ages under 8

• 12:30pm – Registration and toy drop-off opens

• 1:00pm – Nature Guardians (Session 2)

• 1:30pm – Toy choosing time

Nature Guardians

Our Earth needs young people to be custodians of nature.

Join us for a fun and engaging, immersive adventure into nature's heart where we'll explore preserving biodiversity while considering the impact of waste and pollution.  We’ll consider human consumption and the power that we all have to protect our planet through the choices we make.

Kirsty Bishop-Fox is a sustainability educator and changemaker who is passionate about shifting mindsets to prioritise sustainability with a think globally and act locally approach. She is passionate about inspiring the next generation to continue having conversations about our planet and how to appreciate it and protect it for years to come. 

We can’t guarantee you’ll take home the same number or value of toys you bring. Any toys left at the end of the day will be donated to local charities, so every item has the chance to be loved again.
