Welcome to TrailerFit’s Winter Edition:

We are buzzing to share this one off fitness event on August 4th, offering a refreshing twist to your typical Sunday morning workout routine. Held inside an underground, raw hangar venue.. PICA, Port Melbourne, 3207.

With 150 spots on offer, this is our largest community connection since we started building these events.. Joe, the owner is thrilled to see all this come together!

Two styles of workouts are on offer with one powerful experience: 

TRAILERFIT [HIIT STYLE WORKOUT]: Well rounded and diverse functional fitness session, designed to build strength & test grit / determination. Working in a team the workout is designed to leave you energized and fullfilled. 

FLOWST8 [MAT BASED WORKOUT]: Providing the environment for mixed-modality training, starting off with breathwork, animal flow to create spacial awareness, building strength then finishing with a HIIT finisher. The real Yin/Yang. 

After your invigorating 45-minute workout, enjoy: 

• Ice baths to test your inner resilience. 
• Compression boots to relax and rejuvinate. 
• Lululemon product testing for fitness enthusiasts. 
• Challenge-based giveaways to test your skills. 

Post-Workout Social Experience: 

• Freshly brewed coffee to kickstart your day. 
• Pop-up South.St store showcasing there latest apparel and gear. 
• Food vendors offering delicious hearty options.
