DelightMore, is proud to present a bourbon experience unlike anything else in Cincinnati!
At Mercantile Immersive, bourbon takes center stage as guests are transported into the world of Kentucky’s most iconic spirit through an evening of tasting, storytelling, discovery, and immersive design. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling visuals, spatial sound, and larger-than-life imagery, guests will experience bourbon in an entirely new way.
From the history and craftsmanship behind the bottle to the people, places, and traditions that have shaped bourbon culture, every element of the evening is designed to celebrate what makes bourbon so special.

Convenient parking is available throughout downtown Cincinnati, all within a short walk of Mercantile Immersive.

Numerous privately operated garages and surface lots are also located along 4th Street, Main Street, and Sycamore Street.

- What entrance do I use?
Enter through the Mercantile Building doors on East 4th Street. If multiple events are taking place in the building, our team will direct you to the correct location.
- When should I arrive?
Doors typically open 15 minutes before the scheduled event start time unless otherwise noted on your ticket. We encourage guests to arrive early to allow time for parking, check-in, and to enjoy the full experience.
- Is there an accessible entrance?
Our accessible entrance is located at 115 E. 5th Street. If you require accessible entry, please contact us in advance to arrange our complimentary concierge service. A member of our team will meet you at the entrance and assist you to Mercantile Immersive.
- What if I have specific allergies that require accommodation?
Yes. After purchasing your ticket, you'll have the opportunity to complete an optional guest questionnaire where you can let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
While providing this information is optional, we can only accommodate allergies and dietary needs that are communicated to us in advance. Requests made on the day of the event may not be able to be accommodated.
- Can I purchase group tickets?

- Do I have to be over 21?
Yes. All guests must be over 21 to attend.
- What if I don't drink alcohol?
We want everyone to enjoy the Bourbon Experience. Guests who prefer not to drink are absolutely welcome to join the fun and experience the evening without the alcohol.
