In this enlightening session, David Gillespie, renowned author of Brain Reset, delves into the pervasive nature of modern addictions—ranging from sugar and seed oils to screen time and gambling—and their detrimental impact on our brain chemistry. Drawing from his extensive research, Gillespie elucidates how these addictions spike our dopamine levels, leading to mood dysregulation and a host of mental health challenges. He offers practical, science-based strategies to break free from these cycles, emphasizing the importance of resetting our brains to restore balance and wellbeing. Attendees will gain valuable insights into reclaiming control over their habits and fostering a healthier, addiction-free lifestyle for self and others.

About David:
David Gillespie is a recovering corporate lawyer, successful tech entrepreneur, and father of six. Confronted with his own health issues and 40 extra kilos, he began investigating the root causes of modern addiction and obesity. His groundbreaking research led to the bestselling book Sweet Poison (2008), credited with sparking Australia’s anti-sugar movement. He continued his exploration in Toxic Oil, warning against the dangers of seed oils. David’s insights are practical, science-based, and empowering—offering a clear path to reclaiming our health and habits.

Sessions are presented live via Zoom. Recordings will be available to registered participants for 7 days after each session.
