The Breath Awakening:

Breathwork has been a gateway to profound transformation in my life. It’s allowed me to access subconscious patterns, bring them into awareness, and create meaningful change. Through this practice, I’ve released tension stored in my body, gained clarity in my mind, and reconnected with the truest parts of myself.

This 2.5-hour workshop is an opportunity for you to experience the same. Together, we’ll explore the breath as a tool for healing, connection, and self-discovery.

What to Expect:

  • Movement and grounding exercises to settle into the space and connect with your body.
  • A check-in circle to set intentions and create a supportive, shared energy.
  • 45 minutes of conscious connected breathing, guiding you to release stored emotions, expand your awareness, and reconnect with your authentic self.
  • Integration and reflection to ground your experience and explore what arises.

All you need to bring is yourself, a journal, pen, and water. This space is for you to explore, heal, and connect deeply with who you are.
