The Breathwork Collective: October Fern Tree Breath Circle
Event description
Join us among the trees for our October Breath Circle - a chance for an inner journey to soften, strengthen and connect.
You are welcome just as you are.
We begin with a group meditation and grounding activity, and there is an invitation to share intentions for the session if you wish.
We then flow into a 1-1 check-in and a Conscious Connected Breathwork session to music, where an individual sitter guides and holds space for each breather.
After the Breathwork, there is a time to check in with your sitter, and / or to journal and reflect before a short group closing circle.
Doors open at 9.45 am for a 10 am start, and we finish sometime between 12.30 pm and 1 pm.
This style of Breathwork is generally safe, but is not recommended in pregnancy, or for those with asthma or epilepsy, or for people who should avoid cardio activity.

Please bring a sheet, blanket and pillow; a water bottle; and writing / drawing materials (if you wish).
