The Business Growth Breakthrough

Where is your business leaking growth?

You might not need more marketing, more leads or longer hours. You might just need to identify the right thing to focus on.

Join business growth strategist and Alumni XX founder Anna Ramondetta for a practical, interactive lunch session session designed to help you uncover the growth opportunity you might be overlooking and identify where a small shift in focus could make a meaningful difference to your business.

Whether you're looking to attract more of the right clients, convert more enquiries, generate more revenue from existing customers or get better results from your marketing, the first step is understanding where your biggest opportunity lies.

In this one-hour session, you'll:

Identify where your business could be missing valuable growth opportunities.
Explore what's working, what's not, and where there may be untapped potential.
Gain fresh perspectives on the changes that could make the biggest difference.
Choose one practical action to help move your business forward.

No complicated strategies or overwhelming to do lists. In fact chances are you'll walk away from here knowing what to simplify or remove from your marketing & BD action list and a clearer view of where to focus next.

Who is it for?

Female business owners who want to grow their business more intentionally, without feeling like they need to do more of everything.

Whether you're building momentum or ready for your next stage of growth, this session will help you step back, think strategically and identify your next move.
