About Your Facilitator

I’m Seka Jankovic, founder of Calm Lotus Counselling.

With many years experience supporting people through grief, trauma, anxiety, addiction recovery, and life transitions, I combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a deeply human, compassionate style.

I believe healing is not about “fixing yourself” — it’s about finding your own steady ground, building self-trust, and reconnecting with joy. My work blends counselling, creative expression, mindfulness, and trauma-aware practices so you can take away practical tools you can actually use in your daily life.
