Event description

"I know what projects I need to implement in my building, but I have no idea how to get started!"

In this session, you will learn how to develop a multi-year project management plan with a focus on key management tasks, including team resources, feasible timelines, resident engagement, and project safety.

You will assess the different financing options best suited to your buildings’ finances and project plans. You will practice analyzing sample building finances and asset plans to develop a multi-year management plan and financial analysis that can be applied to your building.

Finally, you will gain access to unique and exclusive tools that can be adapted to your building and project plans, including BPL’s DER Project Management Gantt Chart.

This course is brought to you by the NYC Department of Buildings in partnership with the NYC Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice, the NYC Sustainability Help Center and the CUNY Building Performance Lab.
