2024 Celebration of Learning and Teaching

Join us as we celebrate learning and teaching excellence through the sharing of ideas and the recognition of success!

The presentation commences at 4pm and concludes with light refreshments provided by the National Wine Centre before concluding at 6pm.

This event will recognise excellence in learning and teaching through the presentation of the following awards:

• Stephen Cole the Elder Awards for Excellence
• Commendations for the Enhancement and Innovation of Student Learning

The valuable contribution and achievements of learning and teaching leaders and champions will also be recognised through presentations to the following staff:

• New members of the Adelaide Education Academy
• Newly appointed members of the Adelaide College of Reviewers
• New Communities of Practice facilitators
• Staff who have achieved Fellowship in 2024 with Advance HE

Guest speaker: Professor Corinna Van Den Heuvel, Acting Head of School, Adelaide Medical School, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
Corinna will speak about her approach to enabling and nurturing a strong culture of learning and teaching and share some of the exciting and impactful learning activities taking place within the School of Biomedicine and the Faculty of Health & Medical Science.
