The Change Compass - Pinnaroo 2025
Event description
Change is a constant in life, yet its pace and unpredictability, whether in business, family, or community, can often feel overwhelming. Rural women are at the heart of navigating these shifts, shaping decisions and driving transformation in their communities.
The Change Compass offers rural women the time, space, and tools to explore change from both practical and emotional perspectives. In a supportive environment, participants will learn how to build clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of control when facing uncertainty.
What we will cover:
Reflect on personal experiences with change and discover what supports your growth.
Explore models and strategies to better understand your own and others’ responses to change.
Develop skills in managing resistance, building confidence, and having difficult conversations.
Strengthen resilience and flexibility by learning how to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace new possibilities.
Connect with a supportive network of rural women, sharing experiences and strategies to lead through transitions with courage and purpose.
