This is a space for men to talk honestly, listen deeply, and figure some things out together. It’s not about having it all sorted. You don’t need to be a certain type of guy. Just show up as you are, with no pressure to speak or share.

• Open group: new faces are welcome

• Flexible: book to come when it suits you. Each Tuesday is a new event. Most will try for fortnightly.

• Small groups: 8 men + 2 experienced hosts

• Inclusive: all ages, backgrounds and identities (18+)

It's about connection and showing up, instead of going it alone. It makes time for meeting our various challenges, while learning and growing us into better friends, partners, dads, sons and humans. 

It isn’t a boys or bros club, therapy or a self-help seminar, religious or new-age. No fixing, preaching, or pressure. It’s not a crisis service or a substitute for professional care. The sign-up form explains this in more detail.

Joseph and your team of hosts have all been in regular men's groups for many years. The group sometimes offers simple proven inquiries that draw on NVC, MBSR, active listening, gratitude and more.
