Tina Tran (certified yoga & meditation teacher) and Victoria Maurer (ex PWC who quit corporate to become a Master Breathwork facilitator and Mindset Coach) guide us through a restorative program designed to help us reflect on the year that's passed and let go of anything that might hold us back from the best year yet in 2026.

The Session Will Include:

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yoga Flow: Movement to release tension and clear stagnant energy

✍️ Reflection: A guided journaling session to "let go" of the past year and manifest for the New Year.

🌬️ Breathwork: Deep breathing techniques to create space for calm clarity.

💫 Sound bath for grounding and itegration
