We're welcoming all members to The Co-op Federation's Annual General Meeting! Join us in person in Brisbane or online via Zoom.

The AGM is an opportunity to hear what your Federation has been up to over the past year, connect with fellow co-operators, and have your say about the future of The Co-op Federation.

We'll also hear presentations from two of our member co-operatives, showcasing the breadth and diversity of our membership, alongside the formal business of the AGM.

We expect the meeting to take around one hour, but please allow a little extra time just in case.

AGM times

The AGM starts at 4:00pm Brisbane time. If you're joining online, please check the start time for your location.

• NSW, VIC, ACT, TAS: 5:00pm AEDT

• QLD (Brisbane): 4:00pm AEST

• SA: 4:30pm ACDT

• NT: 3:30pm ACST

Board election and voting

If more nominations are received than there are available positions, members will also vote in the election of the new Board of Directors.

One representative from each member co-operative is eligible to vote on behalf of their co-op. Each member co-operative will need to decide who will be their voting representative.

If you're unsure who is eligible to vote on behalf of your co-op, or have questions about the voting process, please get in touch with us before the AGM.

Networking drinks

Staying in Brisbane after the AGM? Join us for informal networking drinks from 5:30pm to 7:00pm Brisbane time.
