Join Dr. Maya Haviland, Cobeo Co-founder and Research Lead from the Scaffolding Cultural Co-Creativity Project at ANU for a focused exploration of Cobeo Tools – a transformative approach to navigating collaboration and co-creation. This concise session offers practical insights into research-backed methods that enhance how we work together across differences and collaborate in complex situations.

About the Speaker 

Maya Haviland is a researcher and facilitator specializing in co-creation methodologies with extensive intercultural experience. As Translational Fellow at the Research School of Humanities & Arts and Senior Lecturer in Museum Anthropology at the Australian National University, she leads the Scaffolding Cultural Co-Creativity Project, which developed Cobeo—a suite of tools and methods supporting collective work. Maya has conducted collaborative research with communities in the Kimberley region, Mexico, the USA, and Vanuatu, producing films, podcasts, exhibitions, and internationally exhibited photography. With over 20 years' experience in collaborative social research and community development Maya is also producer/co-host of Collaboratory Podcast.
