Regenerative Transformation Mastery for HighTech Cultures
Description
Transformation Mastery is an eight-month, cohort-based developmental journey for experienced leaders, coaches, and transformation practitioners who are working at the edge of complexity — and who sense that meaningful transformation requires more than methods, frameworks, or best practices.
This program is grounded in the original Transformation Mastery approach and re-contextualized through a regenerative leadership lens: leadership as an inner, relational, and systemic practice that cultivates the conditions for life, learning, and coherence to emerge in organizations and societies.
Rather than focusing on “driving change,” Transformation Mastery develops the capacity to work with living systems — human, organizational, and societal — where outcomes cannot be controlled, but conditions can be shaped.
What This Journey Is About
Transformation Mastery is a deliberately developmental container. Participants work simultaneously on:
Their inner development as leaders and sense-makers
Their ability to read and respond to complex adaptive systems
Their role in shaping culture, patterns, and collective intelligence
Their capacity to act with clarity, humility, and regenerative intent
The program integrates adult development, adaptive action, systems thinking, and deep reflective practice — not as abstract theory, but as lived experience.
A core assumption of Transformation Mastery is that the quality of transformation we enable is inseparable from the developmental depth we embody.
Program Structure
The journey unfolds over 8 months and includes:
14 cohort sessions (online), combining teaching, dialogue, reflection, and practice
A 5-day in-person intensive, creating the depth, trust, and developmental stretch that cannot be achieved online
Small peer learning groups that support application in real leadership and organizational contexts
Participants are invited to bring real, lived challenges — from enterprises, communities, or societal systems — and to work with them throughout the program.
What You Will Develop
Over the course of the program, participants deepen their ability to:
Work skillfully with complexity, uncertainty, and emergence
Practice adaptive action: acting, sensing, and learning in real time
Engage culture and organizations as living systems, not machines
Strengthen self-leadership, emotional maturity, and relational intelligence
Hold paradox, tension, and multiple perspectives without collapsing into simplistic answers
Cultivate a regenerative orientation — supporting long-term vitality rather than short-term optimization
This is not a program about “having the right answers,” but about developing the capacity to ask better questions, notice subtle patterns, and respond wisely.
Who This Is For
Transformation Mastery is for people who:
Are already experienced leaders, coaches, or transformation practitioners
Work in or with complex organizations and systems
Sense that traditional change models are insufficient for today’s challenges
Are willing to engage in deep personal and collective development
Want to contribute to organizations and societies that are more human, resilient, and life-affirming
A Developmental Community
Participants become part of a cohort that learns together over time. The community itself becomes a learning system — a place to practice honesty, feedback, shared sensemaking, and mutual accountability.
Many alumni describe Transformation Mastery not simply as a program, but as a threshold — a shift in how they see themselves, their work, and the systems they are part of.
Certification
Participants are eligible to be certified as ICE-EC in ICAgile's Enterprise Coaching Track. Prerequisite for this is to have already obtained the Knowledge based certifications of the same track: ICP-ENT and ICP-CAT.
