The Collective Edge - Yearly Practice Community
Description
This program is only accessable for Transformation Mastery Alummni and is free of charge.
Stay in Practice. Stay at the Edge.
Transformation today happens in a world of accelerating complexity — social, organizational, ecological, and personal. Tools and frameworks matter, but what truly makes the difference is the quality of sensemaking, relationship, and action we bring into the moment.
The Transformation Mastery Community is a contemporary, peer-based practice space for experienced practitioners who want to continue developing how they see, interpret, and act in complex systems.
What This Is
A yearly practice community designed as a Deliberately Developmental Space. We gather to explore what is emerging now — in the world and in our work — and to refine our capacity for Integral Sensemaking and Adaptive Action.
This is not a training program.
It is a living laboratory for mastery.
How It Works
8 curated gatherings per year (online)
Each session includes:
A current, real-world topic at the edge of transformation
Collective dialogue using Integral and Adaptive Action perspectives
Reflection on personal and professional developmental edges
Sessions are designed to be spacious, rigorous, and relational — balancing depth with practical relevance.
