  Suitable for all genders, ages. and skin tones. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian at the session.

• Is the $25 gift card usable on the same day as my session?

  You will receive your $25 gift card in-person alongside the seasonal colour card at the same time as your session.

• How early should I arrive?

  Arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time.

• Can I get a refund?

  Refunds are available until 20 Oct 10am AWST. Because each session includes a reserved stylist time, personalised materials, and a gift card allocation, bookings are non-refundable after this date. 

• Is 15 minutes enough time for an accurate colour analysis?

  It’s a focused express consultation designed to give you a clear seasonal direction and practical guidance. You’ll also receive a detailed website link to explore your palette further after the session.

• What happens if I’m late?

  Sessions are strictly timed, so late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or forfeited appointment depending on scheduling

• Is walk-in availability possible or strictly bookings only?

  Bookings are essential, as time slots are limited and allocated in advance.

• Where exactly in the centre is the session held?

  Sessions take place within Cockburn Gateway Shopping City at Centre Court between Forever New and Peter Alexander.

• Where can the $25 Cockburn Gateway gift card be used?

  The gift card is a ETPOS card that can be used at all stores within Cockburn Gateway Shopping City that don't have a square payment platform.

• How do I use the seasonal colour card when shopping?

  You can carry it in your wallet as a quick reference to match clothing and accessories to your best colours while shopping at the centre.

• Is this a one-on-one session or in a group setting?

  It is a one-on-one consultation with a stylist during your booked time slot. However, you can book the same time to ensure your group is seen together.

• Who are the stylists - what are their qualifications?

  Sessions are conducted by trained professional stylists from AEGI; with years of experienced in seasonal colour analysis and personal styling.

• Are there any additional costs beyond the booking fee?

  No. The $25 booking fee covers your session and includes a matching $25 Cockburn Gateway gift card. You may choose to spend more if you shop, but nothing extra is required

• What should I wear?

  A low neckline is ideal, but not required.

• Should I arrive makeup-free?

  Yes, recommended for best accuracy.

• What if I have a skin condition?

  No issue, the consultants can still proceed with the analysis

• What if I fake tan?

  If worn consistently year-round, the consultants assess based on that

• What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

  Cancellations and rebooking are available until 20 October 10am AWST. After this time, we will no longer be able to process refunds or reschedule bookings.

• Can I use my results to guide future shopping choices?

  Absolutely! Your colour analysis results are designed to be a practical tool that you can use every day. By identifying your seasonal colour palette, you’ll gain clarity on which shades naturally complement you - making it easier to choose clothing, makeup, and accessories that enhance your features and boost your confidence.
