Sunday morning movement medicine!!!


We will be here, ready shift fully into our bodies, every Sunday fortnight until December!  Come and play!

We believe dancing freely is an act of courage

We dance with nothing to prove, we are here for ourselves.  

We dance with our emotions, allowing full expression.
