A journey through movement, rest & creative expression
You are warmly invited into The Creative Unfolding — an intimate space where dance becomes the doorway to inner exploration, and creativity becomes your medicine.
We’ll begin with a guided somatic movement journey — gently awakening the body, softening the edges, and allowing what lives within you to move freely.
From this place of embodied connection, we’ll transition into a 30-minute space for quiet creativity.
Bring along your journal, art supplies, poetry, or any medium that calls to you.
This is a time to channel the emotions and insights stirred during the dance into tangible forms.
If you prefer, you're welcome to simply rest and absorb the ambient soft music, letting your experience integrate gently.
This is a space for self-expression, down-regulation, and soulful connection. Come as you are, and allow what’s ready to unfold… unfold.
What to Bring:
🌿 Comfortable clothes for movement
🌿 Art supplies, journal, poetry, etc
🌿 Water bottle
🌿 Cushion, mat or blanket for rest
