Every business owner has that one decision they've been carrying around for weeks. Whether to hire. Whether to drop the offer. Whether to raise the price or say no to the big client. You know it needs deciding. You just haven't had the right room to decide it in.

The Decision Room is that room.

Six business owners, one morning. Each person brings a real decision they've been sitting on, and the room works it, properly, for twenty minutes on the clock. Not twenty minutes of advice. Twenty minutes of the right questions first, because a decision interrogated properly is worth more than the fast, badly shaped answer you can get anywhere. You leave having committed, out loud, to a next step and a date. A written summary follows a few days later.

Here's what the first room taught us, and what surprised even me. You'll take as much from the decisions that aren't yours as from your own. Sitting in a room while five other owners reason through something real is its own kind of education. This is a morning of perspective, and the perspective moves in every direction.
