‘The Deepening’ is a sacred space for women & men to come together in circle to deepen connection to Self, Other, Mother Earth & Great Spirit.
It is facilitated by Gypsy Artemis (School of Shamanic Womancraft & Sacred Hunger)

This month we will be drinking ceremonial cacao at ceremonial doses, and then having a sharing circle. The topic is "SUCCULENCE" and we will be discussing pleasure, desire, sex, intimacy, what gets you excited (on all the levels), what drives you, what you love and hate in the bedroom, how you relate to your body, and all that jazz! The topic was born from a great question posed by one of the men present at the July circle. All present were ignited by the topic, itching to speak, so we decided to make it the topic for August's circle. We will likely polarise the group and allow the men to ask the women questions, then the women ask the men, as well as all answering some questions posed by me as your facilitator.
To start we will do some fun and gentle intimacy practices (nothing sexual and all "clothe on") to get to know one another and to start to open our hearts and minds. Then we'll dive into this juicy topic. I'll hold a firm yet gentle space ensuring no-one goes Into "advice" mode unless it is specifically requested. All elements except adhering to the ground rules will be optional, so even if you just come along and listen, that's ok!
The cacao will open your heart and allow you to drop in, out of your critical mind, and into your heart space. Often this makes sharing easier, and listening without judgement easier too.
I cannot stress enough the need to be on time. DOORS CLOSE AT 6.25pm and refunds will not be issued if you are late. Once we announce the ground rules and start the circle it's irresponsible of me as the group facilitator to allow people to enter - I take my job seriously and need to act in the best interest of the group. So please leave extra time to ensure you do not miss out on what is going to be a dynamic, deep and edgy night together as we would love to have you along for the ride.
Also I am capping tickets at 18 so don't miss out - it's quite possible that this month may sell out!

This circle has been running since 2016, in various venues across the Coast.

I prefer that people do not buy tickets at the door without letting us know in advance, due to the capacity of the group being 20 including crew. Please bring an open heart, your journal and a pen, water and if you have one, your medicine drum (or other instruments you like to play!)
